About

I’m an European teacher with more than 15 years of experience in secondary and higher education. I’ve worked in very different contexts — from public middle schools in rural areas to international business institutions.

I created this blog because, for a long time, I was looking for a place like this myself: a space offering practical, thoughtful ways to make teaching more manageable, without lowering my own standards, or burning out in the process.

This is for teachers who care deeply about their work, but who also want to protect their health, their time, and their sense of purpose — without losing sight of why they chose this profession in the first place.
